Its a nice job if you are comfortable with communicating

quotas are intese but not horrible

Flexibility and time off benefits

Very unstable environment. Lots of turnover in higher roles. Will let people go because of financial reasons and expect the remaining employees to combine their role with 3-4 other roles with no additional pay
