Branch Issues - Anonymous employee Gregory Pest Solutions Employee Review

There is no communication between branch manager and employees. BM does not even really participate in monthly meetings. Chemical orders are never what you request. Only thing BM seems to do when issue is brought up is fire off an email, with no follow up. Only thing BM seems to be concerned about is hitting his monthly/quarterly/yearly bonuses by cutting spending EVERYWHERE. Company vehicles look like trash driving down the road because they don’t want to spend money to update, or repair.
