      Great people, great benefits, great flexibility, great company initiatives locally and globally.

      Cons

      Pay scale progression is capped at a budgeted market average until a promotion year and no bonuses of any kind until management level, but once there the bonuses are fairly nice

      I really appreciated the employee stock purchase program. The team was also very nice.

      Cons

      401k employer match does not vest unless you work there for 5 years.
