      Pros

      Plant level management is overall good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Constant program changes. With each new change it is said - it is better for Greif despite how much it impacts the front line workers. Supervisors follow policy for select group of people while letting others slide. Pay scale for work done is not at market rate.

      I really appreciated the employee stock purchase program. The team was also very nice.

      Cons

      401k employer match does not vest unless you work there for 5 years.
