Pros
1. You get to work on latest tech 2. Good visibility to upper management 3. Good peers to work with 4. Good place to quickly learn new stuffs. 5. Okay WLB as expected from a startup. Sometimes you will work on 10-13 hrs average, and sometimes it'll be 3-4 hours. So, maybe better management is required with requirements.
Cons
1. Salary 50% of the time got delayed. Once it got delayed by an extra month (if you've EMIs, seriously consider this) 2. they delay in giving form 16 as well. Once got FORM 16 a week before deadline. 3. Management frequently changes direction, so much of the work you complete often doesn’t get deployed because they’ve pivoted to something entirely different. 4. HR is there but of no use. No portal for HR is there as well. 5. Only 12 casual and 12 sick leaves present per year.
