Poorly managed withinconsistent and unprofessional staff! - Housekeeper Grey Squirrel Resort & Vacation Rentals Employee Review

The housekeeping staff is mostly friends and family who get away with shoddy half way cleaning. If you are new, they use you as a back up and do not give you enough hours or tips. Cabins take hours to clean as guests use place as a party venue and constantly trash rooms and kitchens. Very shady maintenence crew who goes into cabins and use restrooms and beds after housekeeping crew has clean them. Poor management who does not care about any work related issues you have . Owners is has no clue what goes on as they are almost always away. Very phony staff who does not like to help newbies make it here. Will lie about your quality of work to management to get rid of you.
