      Pros

      The beach is beautiful and the landscape.

      Cons

      The managers and older staff treat you like scum if you are new. They don't bother to know your name because your just on rotation in there world. You get $30 a day. You work 12 hours sometimes more a day. You live an hour walk from the greyfield inn, so you have to catch rides and wait on people after a long day. They are allowed to verbally harass you until you are mentally and physically drained. Not worth it at all.

      Pros

      Great place to work. You work a lot, but you make good money. They feed you and the food is excellent. Met some really good lifelong friends working here

      Cons

      Located on a remote island. You have to be willing to live away from town.

      Live and work on a beautiful island, live near the ocean, free meals every day, free rent

      Cons

      Very unhealthy work/life balance, unprofessional management, long hours, split shifts, micromanagement, name calling, very little appreciation, inconsistent pay, long training period, isolated on an island
