boss is bad, he thinks he knows it all but hes a moron overtime without pay and appreciation no respect of employees at all strict timings or salary deduction no employee benefits like mediclaim or anything no job security at all negative environment from the boss salary delays no sympathy or empathy for employees even if they are sick save yourselves and avoid this lala company or face the worst consequences.

Good brands to work on. Good variety of work. Work will never get monotonous. Amazing team and seniors.

I do not see any cons. Team has been working here for more than 2 decades. Size of the company can be bigger.
