A good stepping stone to build your career/portfolio.
Cons
The biggest flaw is the management being run by out of touch individuals who aren't open to changes nor are they qualified to run the company to begin with. The employees will always be at the losing end because they aren't as valued and with poor career advancement and unethical practices, it's not a place one would want to stay for too long.
