One other thing I would highlight is the need to improve communication with the finance team. They can be very hard to reach, and sometimes they don't reply at all. This has led to situations where bills for clients and vendors are paid late, which could reflect poorly on the company. Ensuring timely responses and payments would go a long way in maintaining our professional reputation.
