It helps to have a product that's a market leader and in high demand among the world's largest companies. Everyone also has the resources to do their best work. High marks for job satisfaction.

Constant turnover. In my 2 year tenure I witnessed the company release solid performing personnel and replace them primarily due to nothing more than constant management change. So accept a role there with few expectations of staying on long term, unless you happen to get lucky.
