Cons
1. That time remote working was not allowed for all developers (This applies to all small PVT companies in India). 2. Compare to big MNCs, salary was less that time (but worth working in terms of experience you get). 3. Sometimes, people get personal in terms of making judgments (This applies to all small PVT companies in India). 4. No laptops were provided rather PCs were provided to developers (Common across most of the small pvt companies in India). 5. Some time, you feel like you are not recognized in day to day efforts that you put.
