      Pros

      Great vacation and retirement plans Good medical benefits Always evolving culture based on principles of self management, individual and team contributions, and achievement Option for remote work - amount is depending upon your position Very nice office with stocked kitchen (snacks/drinks/etc) Challenging work so you can grow as a professional and as a person

      Cons

      Some of the internal structure is still a work in progress but it is acknowledged and seems to be improving at a healthy rate

      Pros

      Even as a new employee, I am able to work independently and take ownership of projects Generous and flexible PTO policy! Coworkers are all friendly and helpful. The management and senior engineers are dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere at the company

      Cons

      Due to the nature of being able to work independently (and completely at home due to COVID-19), I occasionally feel "always-on" which could be exacerbated to those who prefer more structure in the workplace

      Pros

      Strong sense of project ownership Much more independence than commonly found in software engineering roles. Small, tightly-knit teams Very interesting projects Strong culture with solid values Flexible PTO

      Cons

      Not every project advances to Product stage. Occasionally, expectations can be unclear.
