Not really a con but they close at 6pm and that takes away 2 hours of sales.

The people you work with are amazing. Best hours in the auto industry.

The pay is terrible, and as a finance manager you have virtually no support in the back offices. You handle all of the warranty cancellations refunds and registrations yourself.
