Pros
Coworkers are great and helpful. The mission of the company is great.
Cons
Company only makes the effort compensate certain people. Very low ability to grow within the company because of work politics. Promotion rate is very low which is discouraging while other departments get promotions much faster. Short staffed and upper management doesn't care enough about employee burnout to hire more people. When extra raises are offered only certain people get them. Only upper management and people part of corporate got raises and bonus for the 2020 year while the people on the floor that had to go in to work everyday got nothing. Company makes the employees feel disposable. No resolution when it comes to conflicts within the department or it happens at a very slow rate.
