Pros
Working here was fun and challenging. Co-workers are enjoyable for the most part. Getting time off was not hard if it was scheduled ahead of time. Getting to know the donors real well and create a lot of great memories will happen. Just know like everything in life, you get out of it what you put into it. If your looking for a place to slack off then don't waste your time.
Cons
Lack of communication in general between all departments. There are checkpoints to make sure the donating process runs smoothly, but when people don't pay attention to the work of the other departments mistakes happen that cause a lot of grief for everyone. Finally this place has a very high turnover rate, within a few months you get the sense that this place is just a pit stop for a career, even by management.
