Untrustworthy and Malicious - Office Manager Grind & Co. Employee Review

Drinking culture in the office means you cannot socialise without drinking alcohol. Especially difficult when you're in recovery and trying not to drink. Management does very little to resolve any problems between staff/teams unless you're in a relationship with one of the directors, then it gets sorted very quickly and usually ends in dismissal of someone. Some practical things when working here, the building is so old and when it rains, the entire office floods and is unsafe to be in. Being office manager, means that you have to clean it up. Beward of the HR Team, they are all smiles but are actually very cloak and dagger.
