      Pros

      I have been recruited in my country in the Philippines. I also had my training offshore that is why I love Groworx for choosing our country for looking an aged care workers. I am always dreaming to become part of this movement and be in Australia. Now, I can finally say that my dreams do come true. I am really thankful for this once in a lifetime experience. I am hoping to get my PR soon in Gods will and bring my family with me.

      Cons

      There is an extensive recruitment phase which has a lot of exam and interviews but all worth it.

      I'm unable to identify any significant pros based on my experience.

      Cons

      The CEO and Leadership lacked transparency, empathy, and direction, making it difficult to thrive or feel supported. Lack of Proper Communication causing confusion and frustration. CEO is Toxic and Micromanagement, favoritism, and a blame culture affected employee morale. Unrealistic Expectations and Workload; Employees were expected to deliver high results with little to no support or resources. Employees tend to do other tasks that's out of our scope and expertise. And when we failed, the CEO belittled the employees. No Clear Career Growth Path; Despite promises during onboarding, there was little opportunity for real advancement or professional development. Disregard for Employee Well-being; Mental health, work-life balance, and feedback from staff were often overlooked or ignored.
