      Salary is ok. Interesting sector.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, with lots of backstabbing. Hierarchical. Some employees not held accountable for bad behavior. No resources. Functions work in siloes. Decisions based on politics. Too much control from Chairman and family. Lack of professional respect.

      Lunch provided. Overtime given. Safety. Foreign Taiwanese (top management) collaboarte with local staff

      Cons

      Lunch always similar and sometimes got other things inside the lunch polystrene or plastic box. HR always calculate wrong (more or lessen) salary due to not attention on OT hours done. Always slow and bad connection on internet and communication signal. Location not strategic as very far away from restaurant and shops. Always change the place of the staff seat and some staff are very harsh and impolite in comments others and very busy body.
