Pros

I have been with Grocery Outlet, Inc. for 2 years now. It is far the 'best employment experience' I had! Honesty, openness, ‘being yourself’ are a few of the many great things I can describe our culture here. I’m with a highly talented team who offers a ton of support, both personal and professional, understand the demands of family life, encourages new ideas, push everyone to be ‘better’, supports innovation and growth. I learn new things every day which is really important for me. The Executive and Leadership team are the most talented people in the industry. There is not so much of ‘office politics’ going on, but leaders who value hard work and recognize talent! I also like how open and transparent our leaders here who always go outside their way to help their employees. GOI also offer great benefits and amenities – gym on-site, fitness classes, valet parking, beautiful office space, complimentary fruits and beverages, accessible snacks, and profit sharing.

Cons

Oftentimes, the office gets very quiet, despite the open concept layout. Employees are very respectful.
