      Pros

      Great Coworkers, Mostly positive customers. Engaging tasks/Always doing something. Clean and safe environment. Great paid for training through shadowing coworkers.

      Cons

      Most Management are very toxic with a mostly absent owner. Poor scheduling for none senior employees, most weeks you wont get even 20 hours even if you ask. Depending on the daily manager, you will either have a enjoyable day or a stressful day. Very busy store They rotate the front end of the store every roughly 90 days to avoid raises and unemployment. No room for promotion. No benefits.

      Employee will get good snacks

      1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
