Pros

Family atmosphere (dogs hangout in the office sometimes), C-suite is patient with lower level employees, opportunity to learn from account side and creative side, great opportunity to try your hands in different areas of advertising, great clients from large to small. Overall, a GREAT place to work, learn and grow, and your coworkers become some of your best friends.

Cons

At the end of the day, it's still work, but this place doesn't have many downfalls. It is a small agency and with that comes limited needs or desperate for help. At times there isn't much going on, at other times, the team may be short handed. But hey, that comes with any agency.

Pros

You work directly with senior-level staff while establishing relationships with clients. A rewarding environment that challenges and promotes collaboration with creative and account people. If you like to work hard and play hard, this is the place.

Cons

It's important to work well with groups and be comfortable working at a boutique shop. There's structure, but sometimes projects pile up. Very fast moving, not a lot of down time.
