You get to completely train and be paid a living wage which is hard to find in the grooming industry
Cons
You do way more than you get paid for, they expect you to do a conveyor belt of dogs instead of taking your time to meet each individuals needs. This leads to behavioural issues in a lot of the dogs and rushed haircuts.
