Pros

There were absolutely no pros about this job.

Cons

The training and scheduling staff was unprofessional. They allowed me to work without my medical certificate driving the a van with bad breaks (dangerous), even after telling them I did not have it in the van with me and I was tired after driving for over 8 hours and wanted to go back to the office to get my medical certificate. They encouraged me to work over 11 hour days in training and the one trainer denied me access to any food until I complained after 5 hours of driving on the interstate and around the airport. When I told them I have to eat because I am driving, the trainer stated, "I only ate pretzels today, what are you complaining about?" They did not train me properly on pickups, and then when they threw me out on my own they talked down to me even though I was never even shown how to pick up clients/customers door to door. The communication about scheduling and what you will be doing is so poor, so that when you show up, you have no idea what you are doing. Then they berate you on doing everything "wrong". I did not continue my employment past training. I could not work for a company with such poor morals or values.

Pros

Pay after tips are included, Management is very nice, respectful and understanding of your personal life.

Cons

Lots of driving can wear a person down, especially when going from Flagstaff to Phoenix and back on a daily basis.

Pros

The hourly wage. That's it.

Cons

They will tell you you are full time when they hire you but then put your status as part time in the computer system. You are not eligible for PTO until you have worked for them for 4 years! The health insurance is terrible, premiums would be half your paycheck and the deductibles are high. Also you enroll in the insurance in the spring, which is really odd. The busses you drive are in very poor condition. They also try to discourage drivers from writing repairs up because they don't want to fix them. Management is not good about keeping the schedule accurate, so you don't know what you are supposed to be doing. My impression was that management doesn't want anyone to work there for very long, because anyone that does will catch on to their shady tactics.
