Pros
Fantastic people who genuinely care about eachother and the work that they do. Have learnt a lot working here - would recommend it anyone.
Cons
As with any consulting gig, project work comes in peaks and can be busy at times - that being said when people speak out management make an effort to reshuffle resourcing to make it more sustainable.
