Pros
Very little pros. The managers are understanding if you have an emergency with family or car troubles. Some of them will even pick you up from home so you can work.
Cons
Then there are the cons. Definitely favoritism all throughout the company. You could be the god of pizza making but don't expect a mere appreciation of your hard work unless your in their "clique." Depending on the manager they could let employees get away with murder. And don't let them fool you when they hire you for "full time." Full time there means there is a possibility of getting 40hrs. But even when we are understaffed, it is still unlikely to get a full 40 unless you close every day or work insane double shifts with no breaks. Oh and if it's super slow by all means it doesn't matter if you have 27hrs at the end of the pay period, they would like you to take an hour long break on top of sending the other guy home 3hrs before his shift is over. I am labeled as a full time employee and it's a waste of my time, gas and energy to only work 5hrs shifts. I've come in to prep and roll dough and I've literally been sent home after working 9a-1:30p.
