Pros
-Option to work fully remote, hybrid or go to officd every day! -Decent pay and benefit (if you negotiate hard before you accept the offer) -managed and operated by younger HR & Ops! They are aware of the market and ginds ways to keep employee happy and motivated! -Partners are nice, and if you are lucky you’ll be matched with an easy going & fair one -Company is growing & improving alot -VERY nice coworkers -Company promots from within! Truly a nice strategy keeps employees motivated
Cons
-Zero to min training! Prepare to be challenged and learn by asking, bugging others and learning alone. If you are waiting for someone to teach you everything on week one, this is not the place for you! You will have the opportunity to get involved and learn on job! The “pressure” and deadlines will force you to dig down and learn! This is not for everyone! I like it and it has worked for me! -If you are lucky you will be matched with an wasy going partner who will make you feel empowered! You will be in FULL charge -Work load is a little above average! But this is the norm in this industry -Depending on who you work with, you will never hear a “thank you” or “God Job”! Or “You made it happen!” -Remote! If you are an extrovert maybe reconsider! -Have strong nerve to operate 100% alone, and make decision, sometimes at partner level! If you are lucky to work with a chill partner mistakes wont be an issue!
