Pros
The work is good - Making a difference to the local community. Help people. Very self-fulfilling. Colleagues are also amazing. Fun to work with and be around, when you get chance to do so.
Cons
Very poor management, probably one of the most unorganised companies I have ever worked for. Nothing gets done, nobody listens to concerns. Pay is truly awful. Groundwork have some very talented staff but have a staff turnover rate like I've never seen before. If they paid staff real wages, they'll more likely stay.
