      It build the own framework called Ofbiz which need to work to development and works mostly for DBS

      Pros

      Started off with great flexibility but that all went out the window once the CRO took over.

      Cons

      Company is terribly run. Benefits are virtually non existent. Everyone I worked with was underappreciated and overworked. Pay was garbage but they insisted it was industry standard. Literally doubled my pay when I left. CRO is the single worst person I've ever met and that is not hyperbole.
