      1. Work culture and perks are excellent would love to come back work again 2. Everyday is challenging, exciting and new as a biotech startup 3. You will get promoted and accredited for your work you don't have to wait for it like a typical corporate culture 4. Transparent policies and no micro management 5. Learning curve as an employee is good and individual product development suggestions are always welcomed in team keeping end product in mind 6. Work life balance and flexibility is amazing

      Cons

      Compensation might seem less competitive but 401K and health insurance are great for a start-up

      Group K is innovative startup working in the domain of healthcare to make huge difference by impacting people's lives. - Great team and friendly work environment - Independence in thinking, innovating and developing creative solutions - Typical startup experience with flexibility - Flexible work hours, and many such benefits. - Good place to grow, innovate and make difference using cutting edge technologies. - valued startup with the positive attitude and growth opportunities for the upcoming future - Work life balance would be good. - you'll be valued and respected for all your efforts - Equality and far better with diversity and inclusion. It is even non-immigrant friendly. - If you wish you can wear multiple hats and can learn a lot.

      - Less competitive compensation. (but this would not be cons as this is startup and it is acceptable for that)
