Pros
I sat here trying to find one. I tried to say 5 positive things about my time there, but only came up with one. At least I know how not to run a company or organization.
Cons
I will start this off with some orgs at G14 are good, but others are absolutely terrible. I was in an org that was not positive or productive. My org is mean and vindictive. Leadership: I watched great leadership and great managers get run out of the company. Lots of dishonesty in my org with half truths and out right lies. Don't hire your friends rather than promoting from within. Organizational Structure: This is easy. There isn't a cohesive structure. It's a slapped together puzzle and frankly the reason the outlook is bleak. Respect: Here is the biggest con at Group14. RESPECT. It does not exist there. I've been lied to time and time again. I even refrained from writing any of this, but I figured this might save someone from the stress of dealing with the stress of constantly being misled. Bias: They have some of the worst gender bias I've seen in my career. Clear favoritism for one demographic over others. I watched outright illegal hiring practices and extremely unethical decisions from management to HR. Culture: They claim to have this great culture, but they don't practice it at all. Moses Lake and Fairview take precedent over the Woodinville HQ. Which is the only site producing any product for the market. Woodinville is severely under apricated by management. If you're the wrong demographic you're definitely getting black listed. Ethics: They are poor at best. I watched an employee get chewed out for reporting safety violations. Watched others almost get fired for reporting issues that could have caused extreme bodily harm. Really scary to watch people ultimately get fired for reporting safety/OSHA violations. I know of an employee who filed an ethics complaint and was let go less than a month later...
