Demanding atmosphere The project I was in was lacking any kind of reliable documentation. I had to mostly post my concerns on forum. Company used about 5-6 different platforms due to being outsourced. It was a pandemonium of platforms that are difficult to navigate in one project. No internal documentation. The documentation provided was terrible. It would be better if we kept out own docs for our team specifically.
