The management staff really care about each employees individual lives outside of te restaurant, as well as their goals.

If you don't earn a spot on the weekend serving team, you don't have the opportunity to make as much money. Work your butt off, working weekends is the best!

There aren't many wouldn't go back.

They are really bad at over-scheduling servers, they fire people without warning.
