Pros
Learned a lot and had a great manager. Very team based environment but with a lot of autonomy- the perfect mix.
Cons
The company is early stage so no real face-to-face time as the entire team is remote. I only left because I received an unbelievably offer from a firm with a physical location so I didn't have to work from home.
