Interesting client work, and the day-to-day project management is personable and good to work with creatively.

Three invoices. Three late payments. Every single one required chasing. When payments were overdue, Eugene in the accounts team was dismissive and deflected accountability at every turn, including citing invoice formatting as a reason for their own internal processing failure, despite never flagging it when asked repeatedly if there were any issues. When statutory interest was finally raised after the third and final late invoice (after plenty of warning), the response was to request it be waived rather than acknowledge the pattern. Incredibly disappointing.
