Pros

Flexible work from home policy, which is a huge deal. Good leaders and personalities behind the wheel. People try hard to support and each other. Overwork is not glamorised, like it is at other agencies. Leaders are encouraging and supportive of your professional development, and make it a point to hire and keep the best people. Decent benefits. Recently had a positive revamp of leave structure. Gives time off for wellness, birthdays, and community service alongside the usual annual leave. Interesting and diverse clients; likely good training for newer employees, gives them opportunities to do many different projects across various industries.

Cons

Workload can get heavy; teams run smaller, but clients and projects are quite big. Lots of benefits, activities, sharing sessions, learning opportunities available, but being too busy impacts our ability to engage in them. Hoping that will change in the coming year as more people get hired. HR resources are hard to find; no easy resource for summaries of benefits or reference documents regarding healthcare and allowances, one has to ask the busy HR staff to help find relevant info. A number of people at mid-level leaving at the moment. Unsure why, but important to consider.

Pros

Flexible working hours and thats all

Cons

My experience with this company was deeply disappointing. The management, finance, and HR teams were highly disorganized and lacked competence. The turnover rate was alarmingly high, leading to a chaotic environment where no one could provide clear answers to even basic questions. When I was leaving, the absence of HR support made the process unnecessarily difficult, as the team was either unresponsive or clueless. The reliance on temporary workers created instability, and most of my remianing team members were not there longer than a year. In fact, my entire team had left within my tenure. The manager was ineffective at leading the team, which further lowered morale. It felt as though the company prioritized pushing employees out rather than retaining and supporting them. Overall, this was by far the worst job I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a sustainable and fulfilling workplace.
