Pros

In this role, you work with dentists from all over the country and help them develop their website, SEO and marketing plan for their practice so they can acquire new patients. The great thing about this role is that you can actually see the difference that you are making at these practices with the GrowthPlug product! Below are some things that I enjoy about GrowthPlug. - This company is great for anyone that is wanting to grow their career fast! - This role has many benefits such as uncapped incentives and bonuses on top of your base salary - Your inputs do count and you can truly define/shape your role - Each teammate wants you to succeed and is super helpful - CEO and COO are super sweet and genuinely want you to succeed in the role. They're great mentors! - You get to develop a relationship with each of your clients making the job more personable and fun! - Great contests! - With the CS role, you get to do a bit of everything (marketing, customer service, tech...etc.) - Create your own schedule within working hours! - Fun team trips - Feedback is given in a positive manner so you know where you can improve for next time - Travel opportunities

Cons

- Being a startup, things can get busy at times. It's important to stay proactive and be self-motivated for this role.

Pros

I really like the work culture GrowthPlug has established. As a college graduate getting my first sales job, I was at first really nervous about finding a job that would not only be something I can enjoy showing up for work, but also somewhere that had a great team with resources available for help. GrowthPlug really stepped up to ensure that I was well taken care of not only by my management, but by my peers also. Cold calling as a BDR is very challenging at times, but fellow employees and higher levels of management in this sales team has always been happy to help with my struggles and cold streaks. I really like the aspect of being able to work from home sometimes, as this gives me freedom to work from wherever and not have to make a crazy commute or something like that. Overall, so far my experience at GrowthPlug has been great, as I have learned a ton about the dynamic of sales and how to be better with help and resources from the team and management. I also really like our culture. Everyone on our team is a very relatable, easy going person that makes meetings and gatherings both fun and informative.

Cons

The biggest issue for me is the remote setting aspect of the job. While there are many pros, the cons outweigh them. in my opinion for a lack of in-person help when technical issues arrive, lack of person- to- person contact, and no office setting to motivate and keep in- person feedback going. Overall though it is not the biggest issue that keeps me from enjoying my time here.
