Pros
The tutors at the company can be fun and outgoing. You will rely on them for support in order to deal with your overbooked schedules. The learning center is well designed and each tutor has their own room with different themes.
Cons
Groza Learning Center has the most toxic work environment of any company I have worked for. Scott Groza overcharges parents, lies about results, and forces tutors to do the homework of the children without teaching them anything. My schedule was overbooked, and I was given zero time to prep between session. Parents are charged over $100 per 50 minute session, while the tutors see about $15 of that, no matter their experience level or skills. Further, the tutors are forced to tutor in subjects they know nothing about. For example, I had to tutor Latin, while I have never once had a Latin class.
