      Pros

      free writing classes, friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Pay is low. As a co-op, you won't receive sick time, but you're expected to work full time, so sometimes you just come in sick and receive bad looks.

      Pros

      -flexible work hours and didn't have to overextend/work much outside of those hours -able to take free creative writing classes -received a lot of helpful support from supervisor and internship coordinator

      Cons

      -not super integrated with/known by broader staff, some cold interactions -occasional demanding/rude patrons -typical non-profit industrial complex problems
