Cons are that I have to share a con! No cons with this place.

- Smart people working there - Nice office with pool table, PS3, ping pong table, beers, coffee - Have a stable core clients

- Was struggling a bit financially, my advice is be: a contractor, don't be a full timer there. - Digital Agency, means: you are just a resource ready to be plugged in to whatever project that's desperate - No career development nor training - after the Technical Director left (never replaced) - Lack of vision and direction
