Thanks for your honest feedback. I'm happy to hear that you've had good experiences with the company values, culture and benefits, etc. We strive to offer innovative, sustainable solutions while also putting people first. Our benefits are also some of the most competitive in the industry. Your feedback also mentions concerns about the company being too complex, decentralized , outdated and continuously changing. I admit that these have all been issues within the company. We're constantly looking for better ways to serve our customers and drive our business. That does, unfortunately, mean that we need to make organizational changes every so often. We're currently in the process of reorganizing in a way that will simplify the company structure. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts! Please continue to give constructive feedback and advice to your management team.
