Pros
It's a job, if you need one, it's a step above McDonald's
Cons
Low pay with low pay caps (no raises after a very short time) The company consistently gives you more and more tasks outside of your job description, then complains when you fall behind on your main tasks. The bosses and employees are awful, the employees are what ever fills a seat for a shift they need and the people in charge somehow failed up to their positions, it's mind blowing. They cling to outdated programs and methods, the alarm monitoring program is straight out of the 90's. They have the ability to allow employees to work from home, but management's incompetence won't allow it because they don't know how to manage remotely. The office frequently has homeless people walking around it, multiple cars have been broken into or vandalized IN A SECURITY COMPANY'S PARKING LOT. Just embarrassing really, and shows how little they care for employee safety.
