      Good pay. Clincal education top notch. Amazing medical control.

      Cons

      Awful micromanagement and bad attitude from higher up personal. HR was very disrespectful and no help when issues with pay and or transfers were brought up.

      Guardian is growing a strong culture, the people that work there are fantastic.

      Cons

      Alaska is incredibly remote and it can be challenging to travel around the state.

      They are wildly lacking in growth and opportunity. At the our location we are not even allowed to do our own maintenance documentation while performing work. Very disorganized in daily processes with poor communication. You just show up and find something to work on.
