Don’t expect upper management (Directors especially) to listen to you at all. They like to hear themselves talk and will flat out ignore you. Egos are strong here!

Guardian is growing a strong culture, the people that work there are fantastic.

Cons

Alaska is incredibly remote and it can be challenging to travel around the state.

They are wildly lacking in growth and opportunity. At the our location we are not even allowed to do our own maintenance documentation while performing work. Very disorganized in daily processes with poor communication. You just show up and find something to work on.
