Great clinicians, pilots & mechanics.

Cons

Corporate executives manage via multiple Teams meetings per day. They direct while the rest of us work our tails off. No structure, leadership or guidance.

Guardian is growing a strong culture, the people that work there are fantastic.

Cons

Alaska is incredibly remote and it can be challenging to travel around the state.

They are wildly lacking in growth and opportunity. At the our location we are not even allowed to do our own maintenance documentation while performing work. Very disorganized in daily processes with poor communication. You just show up and find something to work on.
