Cons

You never know if you'll be working a 8-10 hour day until you clock in. no work-life balance. ran like a call center they don't care about employees worked here for over 4 years with only $1.50 raise

Alaska is incredibly remote and it can be challenging to travel around the state.

They are wildly lacking in growth and opportunity. At the our location we are not even allowed to do our own maintenance documentation while performing work. Very disorganized in daily processes with poor communication. You just show up and find something to work on.
