Pros

Work from home flexibility, managers are too concerned with upper mgmt and their own numbers too micromanage and worry about you.

Cons

Extremely male driven environment. NO respect for women. CEO isn’t aware of what happens at ground level. Upper mgmt not in touch with “smaller positions.” Outsourced almost all customer service to out of the country. More work, less pay. Certain managers hire their buddies, not necessarily who should be hired and who is needed. Certain managers also blatantly disregard, disrespect and demean their employees; upper mgmt, HR, etc in the know about some of it and nothing is done.

Pros

Flexibility, excellent work life balance, casual environment, easy to use PTO. Benefits: health, dental, STD/ACC, vision, 401k are excellent

Cons

Pay is much below the standard for the position, raises and bonuses are minimal and hardly reflect the effort that is required to maintain positive metrics/meet goals. Case managers' responsibility is at a max and we often feel overwhelmed by the workload and expectations of management. Case managers are often responsible for tasks outside of the important things that have an effect of the claim
