Pros

Working here has truly been a great experience. The team culture is phenomenal, and the level of support from every layer of management has been exceptional. It’s a place where you feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow your career in the field of substance use disorder treatment and behavioral health. It feels meaningful to come in each day and do the work we do. The organization has well-developed, dialed-in playbooks, and the ownership structure genuinely prioritizes patient care. This commitment shows up in tangible ways, especially in the staffing model. In my experience, the staff-to-patient ratio is above industry standards, which allows us to provide the level of care our patients truly need. Overall, this has been a fulfilling and motivating environment to be part of, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a team that cares deeply about its mission.

Cons

Benefits package continues to evolve — while the organization excels in many areas, there is still room for future enhancement in employee health benefits as the company grows.
