Pros
Music in the office and OT opportunities
Cons
Only two days of training and then they throw you on the phones and if you don’t get enough deals in the first week or two they will just let you go. They interviewed me, said I was hired, and then I didn’t hear anything from anybody for 3 weeks. No phone call, email, text message. Nothing. I had to physically go into the office to make sure I was still hired because at the time I really wanted the job but that should’ve been my first sign to run. I worked there for 4 months, showed up early, stayed late, worked Saturdays and did everything that was asked of me and they still fired me 3 days before my wedding. The owners don’t do anything other than just prance around the office and act obnoxious while we’re being fed horrible leads that they claim to be “fire”. Do not fall for the misleading job posting saying that the leads are fire and that it’s all inbound because they’re far from it. My advice to you is stay away from this company unless you have a backup plan in place.
