Cons

Working for Gucci was one of the worst decisions of my career. The HR department lacked empathy and support; there was minimal communication, and when issues arose, they were either ignored or downplayed. The general manager showed blatant favoritism and a lack of understanding of basic employee needs. It was clear that the team culture fostered competition rather than collaboration, often leading to a toxic work environment where people were more concerned with backstabbing than actually working together. Instead of fostering growth, the management only added pressure, which made the atmosphere extremely stressful and mentally draining. There was an absence of genuine appreciation for hard work; recognition was rare unless you were among the 'favorites.' The company's failure to address these issues led to constant staff turnover, creating a disorganized and unmotivating workplace. Overall, working here took a toll on my mental well-being, and I would never recommend this experience to anyone seeking a supportive and positive work environment.

Cons

Leadership and communication lacked consistency. Employee well-being often felt secondary to metrics and sales performance. Expectations continued to increase while support and recognition declined. The culture became increasingly stressful, and decisions affecting employees were not always handled transparently. Many talented employees left due to burnout, turnover, and lack of confidence in management.
